Larry and Latisha are hosting a New Year's Eve Party at their house. They are having a hard time staying up until midnight. Larry decides that he is going to drink a cup of coffee. Larry only wants to stay up until midnight and no later so he calculates that he needs to drink exactly 200 milliliters of coffee.

When Larry looked in the cupboard he couldn't find any measuring cups. They must all be in the dishwasher. Larry is fairly lazy and refuses to wash dishes so he looked around the kitchen for another way to measure his drink.

He found a container that holds 150 milliliters of liquid. Larry's coffee cup holds 250 milliliters of liquid. Using only these two cups, is it possible for Larry to measure 200 milliliters of coffee into his coffee cup?
